  • My goals with our print marketing pieces were to be consistent and provide valuable information to our target area. This would help to position us as local experts, prove that we have consistent business with their neighbors, and help to sell upcoming listings. Ultimately, my goal was to attract new home sellers.

    Our team saw a return of about 5 listing appointments with clients who mentioned a print ad each year, resulting in an average of $6M in annual sales volume.

  • I expanded our postcard FARM from 3,000 to 5,300+ homes during my time with the team. Each month, I designed one postcard and one print ad for our local newsletter. These two pieces gave our team an opportunity to advertise upcoming listings, recent success stories, team events, and local real estate knowledge.

  • I developed a consistent look for our team across both our print and digital campaigns that could be recognized over time. By having our own identity, our team could be differentiated not only from others under our brokerage, but also from our local competitors. Coupling our print marketing strategy with our digital content and community events, I strived to give our team the ā€œI see them everywhere!ā€ effect.

  • I created design templates to share within our networking and agent mastermind groups to help other teams kickstart their own postcard FARMs.

I was the graphic designer for the Valerie Upham Team, responsible for designing marketing and promotional pieces for both print and digital mediums. I helped our Real Estate team stand out from competing teams and other agents within our brokerage by creating unique designs while maintaining our brand standards.
