Metrics & Results
-
With eye-catching branded content and valuable real-estate info, I nearly tripled our teamās follower count from less than 400 followers to 1,500 and counting!
-
I managed our Customer Relationship Management Software with 2,000+ contacts. I wrote, designed, and scheduled between 2 and 6 emails per month over 3.5 years.
-
I ran weekly 1-1 social media meetings with each of our agents to help build their personal brands and brainstorm campaigns to boost their reach and engagement.
-
I created weekly updates detailing the results of marketing efforts pushed out in the past week to keep track of our marketing spend and effectiveness for each home listed.
-
I created and maintained our social media calendar, managing all social pages including Meta, Instagram, Google Business, Youtube, and Nextdoor.
-
I was the sole designer and copywriter for all social media content. I have created content for hundreds of organic and paid campaigns, including vertical video, static posts, stories, and long-form video.
Process
Planning
I ran weekly marketing meetings with each agent to brainstorm for upcoming content, check in on KPIs, and plan for future listing marketing. I helped each agent determine their personal brand pillars and come up with content ideas that align with their online persona. These meeting guided both the agents and I for what content we would be responsible for creating over the following week.
Brainstorming
After researching trends and deciding on video campaign topics, I developed scripts and suggested clips for upcoming video shoots. These served as a starting point during video shoots with detailed information references and reminders for video key words.
Campaign Scripting
I kept track of all digital marketing efforts in a master Marketing Calendar spreadsheet, making note of captions, key words, and hashtags used as well as links to design files for review. I also scheduled design due dates and posting deadlines in our shared Marketing Google Calendar to alert agents of any time-sensitive projects and schedule ample time for revisions before posting.
Calendar Management
Using tools like Adobe After Effects, Canva, and CapCut, I built and edited vertical videos for Reels on Instagram and Facebook/Meta as well as YouTube Shorts. I designed a wide variety of content from in-person walk-through and behind-the-scenes videos to slideshow style videos, professional Q&A style videos, and much more!

I wrote and designed email content using the Compass Marketing Center Platform and Canva. From monthly newsletter content with local insights and real estate market data to event and listing marketing, I curated a brand voice and look to remain consistent across campaigns. Collaborating with our team lead to approve subject lines and calls to action, I designed dynamic .gifs for each header and made sure to include relevant external links to drive traffic to our website or other landing pages.
Scheduling & Tracking
I placed several paid ads across Meta Ads and Google Ads on Instagram/Facebook and YouTube. The example below is from a video recruiting new agents to our team. This ran for 10 days through Meta Ads with placements on the Instagram Feed, Stories, and Explore Page.

For each listing, I prepared a Marketing Report detailing the results of all marketing efforts from the past week. This report included links to digital marketing pieces, screenshots of metrics from the SDMLS, Meta Business Suite, Google Business, and more. This report helped to keep track of how many marketing touchpoints had been published and give the clients an idea of what potential buyers are seeing online.
