GOALS & RESULTS

This project was an essential part of our overall print marketing strategy. In addition to monthly postcards, these quarterly brochures included in-depth market data, providing the opportunity to continue branding our team as the go-to local experts. This project was completed each quarter and delivered to over 5,300 homes in our target area. Many clients brought these brochures to their initial listing or buyer presentation with our team, looking for more insights, or inquiring about our team’s services.

By analyzing local data and providing valuable insights, I sought to position my team as the local experts in line with our overall brand identity. I also used these larger print pieces as opportunities to advertise our team’s services or upcoming events.
From a design perspective, my goal was to highlight the stats that would be most useful to a home buyer or seller. My designs evolved throughout the years in response to our team’s priorities and the ever changing market.
Along with our monthly postcard campaign, I created larger print mail pieces focused on data to be distributed quarterly.
